The interior features a spacious, comfortable living area perfectly arranged for family movie nights. Designed to sleep up to 6 guests with absolute comfort, the home boasts a versatile, family-forward bedroom layout:
- Master Bedroom: One luxurious King-size bed.
- Second Bedroom: One comfortable Queen-size bed.

Step outside to enjoy a classic New England lake-life experience. The property sits on calm, quiet streets that are perfect for afternoon family bike rides and leisurely walks:
- Pequawket Beach Access: Enjoy a short, scenic walk to the shores of Pequawket Pond. Guests enjoy exclusive private beach access perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and skipping stones.
- The Oasis Deck: Return home after a day of water adventures to soak in your private outdoor hot tub.
- Seasonal Entertainment: From May 1 to October 31, gather around the crackling fire pit for s'mores (firewood fully provided) or fire up the outdoor BBQ grill for a family cookout (propane included).
Important Stay Details & Policies
- Booking Requirements: To maintain our community standard, the primary booker must be at least 25 years of age. Large gatherings, parties, and events are strictly prohibited. Local quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Parking & Security: The private driveway accommodates a maximum of 3 vehicles. For your peace of mind and property safety, an exterior security camera monitors the driveway, deck stairs, and front porch entry.
- Pet Policy: We are proudly dog-friendly! We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs per stay. Please ensure your pups are added to your reservation profile (a $50 pet cleaning fee applies per reservation). To keep our grounds beautiful, an additional fee will apply if pet waste is left in the yard.
- Linens & Amenities: We provide one plush bath towel per guest and two hand towels per bathroom. Please note that washcloths are not provided.
- Connectivity Tip: Cell service can be notoriously spotty in this mountainous region. We highly recommend taking a quick digital screenshot of your check-in instructions and Wi-Fi code prior to arrival.
- Flexible Check-In/Out: Early arrival or late departure requests are subject to property availability and can be arranged for a convenient service fee of $25 per hour.
