Inside, soaring vaulted ceilings and two magnificent stone fireplaces anchor the open-concept living space. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting high-end appliances, a breakfast bar, and a dedicated coffee bar with complimentary pods. Each of the four spacious bedrooms features a premium California King bed and an ensuite bathroom, including a luxurious primary suite with a deep soaking tub.

Guest Access & Parking
Guests enjoy full, private access to this entire multi-level home, with the exception of the garage and select locked owner closets.

- Parking: Up to 4 cars are permitted on the property. The driveway accommodates 3 vehicles (two pulled all the way in, and one parked horizontally behind them). During non-winter months, a 4th spot is available next to the driveway. Cars must never extend into the street to avoid local tickets.
- Waterfront Access: Please enjoy the immediate lakefront area and our kayaks. Note that neighboring piers, buoys, and docks are strictly private.
Important Stay Details
- Local Compliance: STR Permit #STR25-9536. Max overnight occupancy is 8 guests. Max daytime occupancy is 18 guests. Strict local quiet hours are enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Neighborhood Growth: The property next door is currently undergoing a complete rebuild. You may hear standard construction noise or see work vehicles during weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Layout & Climate: The home features a multi-level layout with stairs between floors (may not be ideal for those with mobility concerns). To preserve the mountain air, the home does not have central A/C; portable fans and window screens are provided.
- Winter Logistics: Outdoor furniture is stored away from October to May due to mountain weather. A 4WD/AWD vehicle is highly recommended for winter arrivals.
- Pet Policy: We are happily pet-friendly! One dog is welcome with a $100 cleaning fee paid prior to arrival. Local rules require pets to be leashed at all times when outside.
