Follow the spiral staircase up to the loft, which doubles as your private entertainment lounge complete with a projector and a large movie screen. For remote workers, a dedicated workspace downstairs pairs with ultra-fast Starlink Wi-Fi to support seamless video calls and streaming.

- Travel Tip: We are located 2.5 hours from Denver International Airport. We highly recommend taking Hwy 285 instead of I-70 to entirely bypass heavy ski traffic.
Important Stay Details & House Rules
- Winter Travel & Parking: The cabin sits on a scenic dirt road. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is strictly required from October to May due to heavy snow. Please park your vehicle exclusively on the upper level next to the trash cans. Do not park on the lower driveway, as overnight snow can trap vehicles.
- Strict Fire & Safety Policies: Due to extreme wildfire risks in our mountain community, outdoor fires and BBQs are completely prohibited. Smoking or vaping of any kind (including cigarettes and 420) is strictly forbidden both inside and outside the home.
- Elevation Notice: At nearly 11,000 feet, the altitude is significant. Please consult a doctor before booking if you have pre-existing health or respiratory concerns.
- Water Supply: The home operates on a natural well system. For your peace of mind, the entire house uses a premium UV sanitation system, and a dedicated, ultra-purified drinking water tap is located right next to the kitchen sink.
- Pet Policy: We are dog-friendly! We accept up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs for a $50 pet cleaning fee per reservation (must be registered prior to check-in).
