Welcome to Smokies Pond Haus—a small but mighty 575 sq. ft. luxury tiny home engineered for deep relaxation and wellness. Architecturally perched high on stilts, this thoughtfully designed sanctuary offers completely unobstructed water views from almost every single angle. To seamlessly blend the indoor living space with the beautiful surrounding forest, the home features expansive windows without curtains, allowing natural light and wilderness views to become an integral part of your stay.
The interior layout comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a premium King-size bed, a comfortable pull-out sofa bed, and a complementary Pack 'n Play neatly tucked into the front closet.

  • Neighborhood Growth: There is currently active residential construction on a neighboring property. During daytime hours, you may occasionally hear typical construction sounds. We disclose this out of total transparency for near-term bookings.
  • Utilities & Water: The home operates on a natural well water system and a private septic system. The water is entirely safe for bathing and dishes, but we recommend bringing bottled water for drinking. Only toilet paper may be flushed down the drains.
  • Bear Country Protocol: While wildlife sightings are rare on this specific lot, we are located in bear country. All outdoor trash must be secured inside the designated bear-proof trash can immediately.
